Ended up going a different direction because of the latex allergy response to the Sienna, but Kamyrn did a fanatastic job communicating with us and getting the information that she could. I worked with MK Lee to purchase my car this last week. He was so kimd, communicative, & truly helpful. I had a scheduled test drive for Saturday & he contacted me prior to let me know the car had an application on it so was checking its availability & would let me know by x time that day so I didn't make a 17 mile trip out only to be disappointed. He let me know the status at the time promised & we discussed what other options I had. I was then able to successfully test drive another vehicle and purchased it as it was perfect. MK lead (led) me through the whole process with patience, amiability, & thoroughness. He really is a great person to work with and I would highly recommend him after my experience!
