Toyota On Display at the Minnesota High School Hockey Championships
March is upon us, and that means sports madness. Of course, in Minnesota, we know that means hockey (as much as we love basketball, too). We’re a hockey state through and through. So, you can bet all of us at Walser Toyota are getting excited for what’s always one of the biggest, and most exciting events in our state: the high school hockey championships.
Kicking off today, March 5, we get three days straight of hockey at the Xcel Energy Center, starting with the Class A quarterfinals. Thursday, we get to see Class AA in action, and then on Friday and Saturday, both classes compete in the semifinals on Friday, and the championships are decided on Saturday. What’s great about is is that the games go all day, so you get a hockey marathon, and this would be one of the rare instances where we here at Walser Toyota would encourage you to play hooky from work to go check it out.
When you do, there’s a Toyota display in Section 104, which features the all-new 2014 Toyota Highlander. The Toyota FANCard team is going to be at the arena all day on Thursday and Saturday, so you can get your photo taken and have it pushed out on your social media feeds.
Of course, if you can’t go, all the hockey action is on local TV, which also includes a broadcast of the $10,000 High School Drive for Education winners, which is sponsored by Toyota.
