Walser Toyota Wholesale Parts Terms of Service has updated to the following as of 12/1/21:

  • For all wholesale orders and inquiries, please fill out the following designated Wholesale Part Order Form with the appropriate information. Once the form is submitted, we will check the availability of the parts you have requested and will contact you within 48 business hours.
  • We have dedicated wholesale account representatives available to assist you with electronic orders via email. We will no longer be accepting wholesale orders by phone and only with the official Wholesale Part Order Form as outlined on this page.
  • We will sell all parts to you by Part # that you provide, at a maximum price of cost plus 10%.
  • Failure to provide a Part # will immediately disqualify the discount from the pricing structure of the part sold at maximum price of cost plus 10%. The wholesale customer will be required to pay list price for the part(s) in this situation. No exceptions.
  • We no longer deliver parts; all parts will be available at will call for you to pick up. We request that all part orders be picked up by you as we will not be extending a courier option.
  • Any special-order parts must be paid for at the time your order is placed.
  • All wholesale parts in stock orders must be paid for at the time of pick up or prior to your designated courier pick up.
  • Part condition must be signed off on at time of pickup.
  • We no longer offer credit terms or charge accounts.
  • We will accept cash, check, and credit card for payment. Please note: there will be a 3.0% surcharge on all credit card transactions.
  • We no longer be accepting returns on any parts except in the instance of a factory defect in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty on the item.
  • NOTE: If you are a certified Toyota dealership, we will honor your existing charge account. All other terms of service will still apply.
