There is nothing more repulsive and wasteful to me than car shopping/buying. I was very impressed with the entire process at Walser. There wasn't any of the usual that comes with this horrible experience. Chris Rogers was a great guy, very personable, relate-able, and knowledgeable. I was very impressed that it didn't take me 6 hours to buy a car and wasn't pushed to buying any extended plans or scotch guarding. It was an option, but left it to me to decide.
